Waterbury police find 7,000 heroin bags during drugs and gun arrest

(WTNH) Atterbury, Conn. Tuesday, Waterbury police arrested four men for illegal narcotics and guns.

Waterbury Police Department Vice and Intelligence Division and State Police Violent Crimes Task Force executed search and seizure warrants on Clover Street and Gilyard Drive

Police arrested Santos and three others in connection with a drug factory.
Anthony Parra, 21, Rahmel Reid, 21, and Stewart Q'uran,18, were arrested.

Officers also found illicit items: 7,000 bags of heroin, 600 grammes of marijuana, 40 grammes of crack cocaine, $2300 in U.S. currency, a stolen Cam-AM motorcycle, a 9mm Taurus

Firearm with 11 rounds of ammunition, a 9mm Polymer 80 with 10 rounds in its magazine and 1 round in its chamber, a 38 special revolver with 6 rounds of ammunition.

Elvin Santos was charged with heroin possession, crack cocaine possession, operating a drug factory, drug possession with intent to sell, and obstructing with a search warrant.
